For more than 30 years Patrick Duffy has passionately and successfully fought for injured and disabled people. Patrick Duffy has an unwavering dedication to injured workers, and he is a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Patrick Duffy is also a talented and experienced Social Security Disability lawyer, who takes great pride in helping disabled people get vital benefits. Mr. Duffy also handles select personal injury cases.

 

Patrick Duffy is well respected by his colleagues, and admired by his clients, as a highly effective lawyer and a friendly down to earth person. Mr. Duffy brings a confident, but relaxed, energy to the courtroom, which allows him to negotiate most effectively on behalf of his clients.

Patrick Duffy earned his B.A. degree from Hofstra University, New York, in 1981. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Duffy frequently observed the industrial complex located near his dormitory. During that time, he witnessed the horrible working conditions, and the debilitating injuries that came as a result. This was the experience that sparked Mr. Duffy’s extraordinary passion for helping injured and disabled people.

Patrick Duffy went on to earn his J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1985. Mr. Duffy was admitted to the California State Bar, in 1985, the U.S. Central District Court of California, in 1985, and the U.S Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, in 1985. Mr. Duffy is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  He also currently serves on the Los Angeles Valley Applicants Attorneys Association board as Secretary.

Patrick Duffy was born in Hinsdale, Illinois. When not working as an attorney, Mr. Duffy is a dedicated family man. He loves baseball.
